About This Role
Mercor is seeking expert evaluators to support a high-impact evaluation workflow in partnership with a leading AI research lab.

This project focuses on the Healthcare / Medical Research domain, where you will assess agent-generated research reports related to clinical trial results, patient records, lab test results, drug interaction tables, and medical study comparisons.

Who We're Hiring

We are looking for evaluators with a background in Healthcare, Medicine, Clinical Research, Biomedical Sciences, Public Health, or related fields.

This role is ideal for professionals who have:

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in clinical research, healthcare analysis, medical documentation, or related roles
  • Experience interpreting clinical trial data, study endpoints, and research outcomes
  • Familiarity with patient records, medical documentation standards, and healthcare data systems
  • Hands-on exposure to laboratory test results, diagnostic data, or biomarker analysis
  • Experience reviewing drug interaction tables, pharmacological data, or treatment comparisons
  • Experience comparing medical studies, evaluating methodologies, and assessing evidence quality
  • Experience sourcing and validating medical tables, datasets, and peer-reviewed research from credible public sources
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare compliance standards
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Comfort working independently and asynchronously

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, Public Health, Clinical Research, Pharmacy, or a related field

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate agent-generated research reports for accuracy, relevance, data integrity, and clarity
  • Assess insights derived from clinical trials, laboratory results, and comparative medical studies
  • Verify drug interaction data, treatment outcomes, and statistical claims using reputable medical and scientific sources
  • Identify inconsistencies in research methodologies, medical reporting, and healthcare data interpretation
  • Work independently to complete evaluations within deadlines
  • Maintain consistency and precision across all assigned tasks
